Through Liz’s coaching, I was able to pinpoint which direction to take my career, and learn how to work from home more efficiently while working on projects in my new sector!

We started our coaching sessions with the ball rolling. Our first session was laser focused on understanding my goals, and what came in the sessions ahead were the tools and the mindset to crush each one! I had been relatively happy in my field, but I felt it was time to pivot into the sector that truly energized me: Tech. Through Liz’s coaching, I was able to pinpoint which direction to take my career, and learn how to work from home more efficiently while working on projects in my new sector! In later sessions we broadened our focus to other goals I had in mind. Liz helped me to find myself again after the birth of my third child.

I began working with Liz over 5 years ago as a personal trainer. Her positive attitude, encouragement and extensive knowledge of the body and human nature helped to make exercise a regular part of my life.
